In 2022 I retired from PepsiCo after 38 years. I was first an Interior Designer and curator of office interiors; eventually, the Fine Art Collection was under my jurisdiction, which included caring for the DMK Sculpture Garden and prioritizing ongoing conservations. I also designed the product graphics to harmonize the interior spaces visually. This position allowed my creativity to grow and shine by curating spaces and balancing the fine art collection against PepsiCo's iconic brands. I have always been fascinated by how color and art can convey an idea, a moment in time, to transcend the viewer's feelings. I have been an artist as long as I can remember, stepping away when family obligations took hold. The need to create returned when the 'empty nester' syndrome took over. I started again 20 years ago in my spare time for my pleasure under Jock MacRae, a master artist and teacher; the love of exploring and learning continues with the use of new mediums and materials. Over the past few years, the focus has been on nature and its influence: the need for color, balance, and harmony. This natural source provides endless peace & love to my mind.
