Margaret Steele is a magician, author, and the owner of Floating Lady Publishing LLC. Visit her studio, The Magic Loft, for a personal magic performance and a preview of Margaret’s new book, “The Great Boomsky: The Many Lives of Magic’s First Black Superstar.” Margaret turned to writing after 30 years in parallel performing careers: as a magician and as a Juilliard-trained oboist.
