Marilyn Rabetz is a color pencil artist with a very long exhibition history. Additionally, she has created over thirty books of her work, the work of her husband, photographer Walter Rabetz, and that of other artists and poets. Her most recent book is Love, Luck and Elephants showing portraits of elephant sculptures the artist collected over several years.
Rabetz was also an art teacher for 37 years at The Loomis Chaffee School, a private high school in Windsor CT, where she was the Director of the Richmond Art Center and co-Director of the Gallery.
Today, Rabetz is still drawing/painting and is off onto another series – this time color pencil portraits.
