Virtual Holiday Boutique December 1-31
|This year is unlike others we have known so we are planning a virtual holiday show and sale for our annual holiday event. As in the past, the show will include handmade items that work best for gift giving, such as jewelry, wearable art, pottery, prints, cards, etc. Items priced $100 and under generally sell best. The recommended upper limit is $300.|
|The PAA Virtual Holiday Boutique, will connect you, other artists and customers using chat, email, phone, and Zoom. Here’s how it works:|
|Before the event you’ll set up your online booth / store.
|During the event visitors will contact you using the channels you’ve provided: chat, email, phone, Zoom, and if appropriate, in-person meetings for pick up. You will not need to be online at all hours the Boutique is open, except for your scheduled Zoom sessions. You will need to check emails and chats at regular intervals. You’ll also get detailed, item-by-item logs of how visitors navigated your booth to help you understand
what’s hot and what’s not!
You will work independently and can set up payment options for your booth as you prefer. We’ll provide promotional materials that you can share with current customers, friends, family, and others – and they can share them, too! We will also do promotions in local publications and on social media. The success of the event depends on getting the word out far and wide!
